Frequently asked
Do I need a credit card for the trial? No. The trial is 14 days with every feature, and it ends by itself without us asking for any payment details.
What counts as an "active student"? A student whose account is enabled and who is enrolled in at least one group. Suspended or graduated students do not count.
Can I change plan? At any time, and the difference is pro-rated.
What happens to my data if I stop subscribing? It stays available for export during a grace period, after which it is permanently deleted — the details are in the terms of service.
Do you take a percentage of student payments? No. Tuition fees go to the centre directly from its own payment gateway. Borhan takes only its monthly subscription.
