Getting started
How do I register my centre? From the sign-up page. You enter the centre's name, a short identifier for it, and your email, and an administrator account is created immediately.
How do I add staff? From Dashboard → Users → Add user. You choose the role: instructor, secretary, or administration.
How does a student sign in? You add them from the same screen and give them the email and password. Or you give them your academy's link and they register themselves.
Attendance
The student forgot their phone. A secretary can record their attendance manually from the session screen.
The code will not scan. Check that the camera has enough light and that the student's screen brightness is high. If the code has leaked to another student, rotate it from the student's profile.
The student was refused entry. Usually the financial lock is active — meaning they have an overdue invoice. Check their account from the billing screen.
Videos
The video will not play. Video links expire within minutes for security reasons. Refresh the page and a new link is generated.
A student says the link does not work for them. That is intended if the link was forwarded by another student — every link is tied to one account. They have to open the lesson from their own account.
Upload fails. The limit is 500 MB per video, and the accepted formats are mp4, webm, mov and m4v.
Account and sign-in
I forgot my password. From the sign-in page → Forgot password. The link you receive is valid for 30 minutes and works once only.
A staff member has left. Disable their account from the Users screen — it locks on all of their devices immediately.
